Value engineering at Borrell Electric is a systematic approach that improves the overall value of a component or system by evaluating functionality, performance, serviceability, delivery time, energy efficiency and aesthetics versus associated cost. Our primary focus is that functionality and quality be preserved and not lessened as a side effect of pursuing value engineering. We have been extremely successful during the preconstruction phases attaining large cost reductions, while maintaining and in some cases improving the overall quality and performance of the electrical systems.
